Creating a presentation can be daunting, but it doesn’t have to be when we have AI.
Gamma is an AI tool that helps you create beautiful presentations with just a text prompt.
Here’s how it works.
Go to Gamma and sign up. Then select if you want to create the presentation from notes or an outline, text prompt, or upload an existing file.
In this example, we’ll select a text prompt.
Then, decide if you want your presentation to be a document, webpage, or standard presentation.
Followed by the description of what you’d like to create. You can also choose how many cards (pages) you want and what language you want.
For our presentation, we’ll enter “A pitch deck on how to get more people in my company to use AI.”
Then click “Generate Outline.” The outline will auto-generate.
You can change any of the card’s text as well as the text amount settings.
Once you’re happy with the outline, click on “Continue”.
You’ll be prompted to select a theme.
There are many options to choose from. Pick the one that fits your topic the best. Then click “Generate”.
The AI will generate the entire presentation for you including the text and images.
Of course, after the AI is done, you can change any of the text and images.
We say this often, but it's in our ethos: AI is most powerful when you take a hybrid approach.
Use AI to generate the bulk of the work and then use humans to edit and add additional creativity.
