AI ON MY MIND
Happy Monday!
I was talking to a friend yesterday about an issue I had in an AI agent I was building.
I was telling him eventually I had explained my problem and had ChatGPT o3 come up with a solution.
He was joking that if I told people the same solution they would complain that I can code… and they can’t…
I don’t know how to code, but I know the outcomes I want and that allows me to use AI extremely efficiently.

When you’re using AI for anything you have to change your thinking process.
Systems thinking, first principles, and ecosystem-based approaches make it way easier to design processes (or in my case, build AI agents) that actually work—and solve 80% of the real problems you may have.
Most builders get stuck trying to bolt on new tools or capabilities without fixing the foundation. That’s why so many people get stuck because what they are building is clunky, fragile, or overcomplicated.
They didn’t think about the outcome FIRST.
Think about the outcome, then ask AI what you need help with.
When you step back and build from how the system should work instead of what’s already there, the entire process gets cleaner. Smarter design, fewer rebuilds, better outcomes.

Adobe rolled out new models and collaboration features built to speed up creative work.
Publicis Groupe is folding Firefly into their AI stack to boost their ad and media ops.
Zoom in:
Firefly now covers stronger image and video generation.
Adobe is pushing hard on IP protection, aiming to ease legal concerns around AI-created work.
Yes, but: Tech moves faster than rules. Ethical use questions are still hanging around.
Be Smart: Adobe’s not just stacking features. They’re trying to lock in a safer, smarter future for creative teams.
The bottom line: If you’re in media, agency work, or content ops, Firefly’s next moves are worth watching closely.

Perplexity’s Comet Browser is coming for Google
Why it matters: Comet’s launch could shift how ads are built and delivered online—and not in a small way.
What we found:
Comet will use AI to power smarter, data-driven ad personalization.
Hypersonalized ads could tighten the gap between users and results.
How it works:
Comet captures user behavior, then runs AI models to tailor ads better.
It’s early, but the goal is to rethink how ads follow user intent.
Yes, but: Privacy flags are up. Handling user trust will be a challenge.
The bottom line: If Perplexity nails this, Comet could pressure Google to rethink how it plays the ad game.
