AI ON MY MIND

This past weekend I went to a mastermind event. Do you know the number one question people kept asking me?

“How do I get AI to do things for me with consistency?”

I told them this:

“Think of AI as a new employee. When you hire a new employee you don’t hire them without guidelines. You tell them what their job is and how they can accomplish it. You provide examples and context of why the job needs to be done. You guide them so they can find success quickly.

Working with AI is the same. AI is a new employee that you need to train. You have to guide it to get the best outcome by telling it exactly what you want done. Otherwise, like an employee, the AI will fail.”

This idea of thinking of AI as an employee holds even more weight when you start to deploy multiple AI’s on a singular task. Without specifics and clear goals the outcome will be subpar.

The good thing is unlike an employee, AI never catches an attitude, never gets tired and can be handle all the hard work you throw at it.
