This is pretty crazy. Over 100,000 YouTube videos from more than 48,000 channels have been scraped without consent to train AI models used by major tech companies like Apple, Nvidia, Anthropic, and Salesforce.
Our thoughts?
It's a real shame to see creators' hard work being exploited like this without their knowledge or consent.
While it's exciting to see AI advancing, it shouldn't come at the expense of the very people who make the content we all enjoy.
Hopefully, more solutions will emerge to give creators control over how their creations are used. Because let's be real, no one wants to wake up one day and find out their face or voice has been cloned by some rogue AI!
