Musk claims that OpenAI violated the firm's founding mission and put profit before humanity, leading to a breach of contract and a departure from the nonprofit AI mission that Musk was a key part of creating.

✨ AI Music Is Getting Too Good

Part of our job is to find the coolest AI tools on the market. We’ve been playing with one called Suno, and it’s mindblowing. 

We talked about Suno before on our Instagram and TikTok, but since then, the AI tool has gotten significantly better. 

So what’s Suno?

Suno is an AI tool that allows you to make songs from text. You can create instrumentals or songs with lyrics. You can provide the lyrics or have AI write the lyrics for you.

Here’s how it works.

Go to Suno AI and then click “Make a Song”.

You will then access the dashboard. On the left-hand side menu you’ll see “Explore”, “Create”, and “Library”.

Click “Create”. 

Then you’ll have two options. The first option is to enter the song description. For example, if you want a jazz hop song about pizza and Eggo waffles, then you will enter that (Don’t judge us, that’s the first thing that came to mind). 

You can decide if you want the song to be an instrumental or not. You can also select the model V2 or V3, V3 being their latest model, which is what we’d recommend. 

The second option is custom mode. In custom mode, you’ll have more options to provide your own lyrics and enter the style of music you want. 

Pro tip: Have ChatGPT write your lyrics by using this prompt: 

Please create a song on [topic]. Keep the song short, only intro verse 1, chorus, verse 2, and outro. 

Since Suno only outputs 60-second songs, this prompt will help keep your song short and sweet. 

Now that you have your lyrics, enter them into Suno and click “Create”. 

Now, we know that some people will hate the idea of AI creating music. 

And we can understand why there would be a distaste for something like this…

But hear us out for a second.

Tools like these allow the everyday creator to generate background music for their videos with ease… generate songs for advertisements…or presentations…the list can go on. 

In less than 3 minutes, you can create a song and use it instantly without worrying about copyright. 

Musicians can use AI tools like these to brainstorm new ideas and recreate them in their own style. 

Or, if you want to make a few extra monthly bucks, why not create songs and post them on Spotify? The streams could provide you with additional income on autopilot. 

We know someone doing this, and although it's not a huge amount of money, he creates these songs at scale, uploads them, and just waits for streams. 

The point is that AI tools like Suno give you options and allow your creative mind to run free.

The release of Opus, their latest model, outperforms its peers on most of the common evaluation benchmarks for AI systems. 

Including:

- undergraduate level expert knowledge (MMLU) 

- graduate-level expert reasoning (GPQA)

- basic mathematics (GSM8K), and more

What's interesting is the chart below. Claude 3 outperforms ChatGPT-4.
