State employees across 14 agencies gained back nearly 8 hours weekly by using AI for routine tasks like drafting documents and research summaries.

What struck me wasn't just the time saved, but how this represents a shift in how we work with AI.

Most small businesses or government agenvies haven’t deployed AI yet, but they will.

And when they do, jobs, which people think will be replaced by AI, will get a lot easier.
