Hey, AI’ers. We’ve said this before and we’ll say it again, 2024 is the year of AI video.
What we mean by that is taking images and turning those images into a video using AI.
Tools like RunwayML and Pika Labs took the lead of most mentioned tools when it comes to AI video, but every day a new contender enters the ring.
The latest is the Leonardo AI motion tool.
It’s super easy to use as well. Just upload the image and let Leonardo do its thing.
For example, we created this still image of Leonardo and then used Leonardo's motion to turn it into a video.
The cool thing is Leonardo gives you free credits when you sign up.
We’ve been testing these different image-to-video AI tools in our marketing and we’ll have some solid data to report back on soon.

We use AI every day.
We can’t imagine our lives before AI, which is weird when you think about it.
And for good reason.
AI has improved our lives. It’s safe to say that we now have a habit. A good habit nonetheless.
Microsoft released a report on how AI impacts the future of work.
A balanced collaboration between humans and AI is emphasized, where each complements the other's capabilities.
And that's the key.
To have a productive AI habit you need to let AI do 80% of the work and YOU do the last 20%.
The last 20% is what moves the needle.
Microsoft even stated, “Analyzing and integrating may become more important skills than searching and creating”.
And we 100% agree.
The human touch shouldn’t be overshadowed.
Some other key points mentioned include:
73% agreed that Copilot helped them complete tasks faster, and 85% said it would help them get to a good first draft faster
Using ChatGPT, knowledge workers are 37% faster and deliver 40% higher quality.
LLMs benefit new or low-skilled workers the most.

Ben Tossel from Bens Bites spoke to Zapier and reported over 30% of employees now use AI zaps (workflows) to do work for them.

So this begs this question how do you form an AI habit knowing AI can increase your productivity and efficiency in your work?
The answer is slowly rewiring your brain to use AI as a companion.
Instead of using Google start using Perplexity or Arc Search.
Do things like ask ChatGPT if there is a better way to phrase an email before hitting send.
Or create a custom GPT for tasks that you do repeatedly.
By submerging yourself in AI you’ll find time savings, we’re 100% sure of it.
And if you can’t do these things yourself, find someone on your team who will be your AI Champion.
Someone who you appoint to learn everything AI and how AI can be applied in the business.

This feedback loop is essential for forming an AI habit, otherwise you won’t see the value AI produces.

AI must be deployed in some capacity, otherwise you’ll be left behind.
It’s not a matter of if, but when.
